Each of its six bedrooms are housed in their own individual casitas, with the extremely spacious shared living area at its center. Within the high thatched ceiling of the Great Room, you will be drawn in by the luxuriously comfortable sitting area, elegant dining room, formal bar, and large doorways leading to the outdoors in every direction, filling interior spaces with fresh ocean air. The professionally appointed kitchen features high-end stainless-steel appliances, beautiful wood cabinetry, and plenty of functional countertop workspace. Prepare meals yourself or relax and let the gourmet chef treat you to their culinary delights.

Whether you desire a peaceful evening at home, or an exciting beachfront social event, Casa Fortuna has you covered. The home theatre is great for a movie night with the family. The terrace is perfect for hosting. Alfresco dining, furnished outdoor living areas, a beautiful gazebo, swimming pool, and hot tub make great social spaces for larger groups. You will also enjoy access to the resorts beach clubs, tennis courts, fitness facility, and golf courses.

Each of Casa Fortuna’s six private casita bedrooms feature king or queen size beds, ensuite bathrooms with dual vanities, and air conditioning. The main suite has a lounge area, walk-in closet, indoor/outdoor shower, kitchenette, and direct access to the pool. And there is additional bedding in the den, if needed.

Located on a peninsula with two security gates and no public beach access, the estate is very private and extremely secure.
